ABOUT YOU:

As an Integration Analyst at Seamans Holdings, you'll work directly with our investment team – including our Chief Investment OPicer and Portfolio Manager – playing a pivotal role in interfacing across a confluence of functions. You're someone who thrives on continuous learning and has a talent for prioritizing and managing multiple data sources to ensure seamless integration and delivery of accurate, consistent information. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Spearhead investment accounting, reporting, and daily operations, ensuring seamless integration within the firm’s framework.
  • Implement the process for updating financial models and preparing trades, aligning with the investment team’s strategic goals.
  • Address trade and reconciliation issues promptly, maintaining the integrity of financial processes.
  • Identifying and correcting issues with data reporting.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and cashflows, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Coordinate compliance reporting, such as ADV filings, to meet regulatory standards and ensure transparency.
  • Support annual fund audits and oversee tax form preparation and distribution, integrating compliance with operational workflows.
  • Act as the primary liaison for third-party service providers, ensuring ePective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Oversee a comprehensive compliance management calendar, ensuring regular meetings and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Apply strong accounting skills to manage and verify financial records, ensuring accuracy and reliability across systems.

WHAT KIND OF QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE SEEKING?

  • 3 – 5+ years in financial services or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven ability to work with clients
  • Agile, flexible learner comfortable with multitasking and ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in process assessment and improvement
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and client-focused
  • Experience in collaborating across business functions
  • Adept at working with diverse team members
  • Independent worker and collaborative team player
  • Proficient in Bloomberg, Black Diamond Wealth Platform, Salesforce, and Excel
