Private Investments
We recognize that the most advanced and innovative technologies come from entrepreneurs and private companies. We look for companies with innovative or disruptive technologies that have product or service with a 50% to 80% cost advantage over the competition for which there is a catalyst for adoption. We are particularly interested in those technologies which are proven, proprietary and patented, simple and scaleable across multiple sectors and multiple geographies. We want management teams that have worked together before and have a demonstrated ability to create shareholder value. We seek those companies that will deliver rising free cash flows from products and services that are inherently beneficial to humanity and our ecological systems. We want these companies to be cash flow positive in 2 to 3 years and have an exit plan through an IPO or sale to a strategic buyer in 4 to 6 years.
